Jogada These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Jogada Sport mobile application (the “App”) and the website at jogadasportapp.com (the “Site”), operated by Northgate Digital Ltd. By downloading, installing or using the App or the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
Jogada Sport is a free companion app that presents a structured catalog of content, references, an FAQ, a favorites feature and a matchday checklist. The App is provided as an informational and presentation tool. We may add, change or remove features at any time to improve the experience.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law;
- copy, redistribute, resell or sublicense the App or its content;
- use the service in any unlawful way or in a manner that could damage, disable or impair it;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its related systems.
4. Intellectual property
The App, the Site, and all related text, graphics, logos, icons and software are owned by or licensed to Northgate Digital Ltd and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
5. No account; your device data
The App does not require an account. Preferences are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your device and for any data you choose to store locally. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. Content is provided for general information and convenience.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northgate Digital Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Third-party services
The App is distributed via Google Play, and your use of Google Play is subject to Google’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and links to external sites are provided for convenience only.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or end the service, or your access to it, if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the service.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
