Jogada Sport is published by Northgate Digital Ltd (“we”, “us”). The short version: the App is built to work without accounts and without intrusive data collection.

The App does not require registration, login, or the creation of an account. We do not ask for, and the App does not transmit to us, your name, email address, phone number or precise location.
- No personal profiles. There is no sign-up flow and the App stores no user identity on our servers.
- Local preferences only. Settings such as favorites, checklist state, chosen language and theme are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to us.
- Offline by design. Core content is available offline; the App does not need a connection to function.
2. The website
The Site is a static, informational page. It does not run advertising trackers and sets only the essential cookie described in our Cookie Policy (remembering your cookie choice). Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
3. Google Play & distribution
The App is distributed through Google Play. When you download or use an app from Google Play, Google may process technical and aggregated data (device model, OS version, crash diagnostics, install statistics) under its own terms.
